Pavilion Reservations

Instructions for Reserving the Cameron Farms Pavilion
 
Log into Your Homeowner Portal:
 
  • Open your web browser and go to www.portal615.com to log into your Homeowner Portal.
    • Alternatively, you can download the Acclaimed Property Management homeowner app on your phone or tablet and sign in.
  • Navigate to the Amenities Section:
    • Once logged in, find and click on the Amenities tab in the portal or app.
  • Access Amenities Reservations:
    • After selecting Amenities, click on the Amenities Reservations option.
  • Select the Number of Guests:
    • Choose the number of guests attending your event or gathering.
  • Check Available Dates:
    • Available dates will be highlighted in White on the calendar.
    • Dates that are unavailable will appear in Grey, indicating they are already reserved or blocked for another event.
  • Complete Reservation:
    • Once you've selected an available date and entered the required details, follow the prompts to complete your reservation.
All users will receive a confirmation email when completed. You may also log back into your portal to cancel any reservations.
 
Please Note: Reservations may only be 4 hours long to accommodate all homeowners who may want to utilize the pavilion in one day. All reservations first come first serve.
