A cool dip in our neighborhood pool is a wonderful source of relaxation and entertainment during the warm summer months.
The pool
hours are Sunday through Thursday 9am until 9pm, and Friday and Saturday 9am until 10pm, May through September.
We have plenty of lounge chairs around the pool for those naps in the sun,
and a large covered area for those who enjoy a nice shady spot to read. There is also a kiddie pool for the very little ones.
The entire pool area is secured behind a six foot, iron fence with a security gate, with access only to residents with a key.

- THERE
IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. The association and its agents are not responsible
and are held harmless for accidents or injuries.
- ABSOLUTELY
NO DIVING.
- No running
or rough play
- No pets or glass containers; no bicycles, skates, skateboards, or other riding toys will be permitted in the pool area.
- Children
under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old or
older.
- Only swimsuits
are to be worn, no cutoffs. Small children must wear swim diapers.
- Pool gate
must remain closed and locked at all times.
- Pool keys
are for the sole use of residents. Residents will be held responsible
for their guests.
- Please
be respectful of others. Parents of unattended children will be held
responsible for their child’s actions.
- Any drunken,
disorderly conduct, or destruction of community property will be reported
to the Spring Hill police.
- Please
clean up after yourself. Put all trash, cigarette butts and ashes in
the trash can.
This pool
is for everyone’s enjoyment. Violators will be reported to the homeowners
association board for review of actions to be taken. To report a violation,
please call 794-5066 and leave a message.
