Cameron Farms is a beautiful, finished community, located south of Franklin, TN, in the rolling hills of Williamson County. This charming neighborhood consists of 442 homes, with an inviting family swimming pool, a kiddie pool, a volleyball court, a basketball area, and a wonderful playground area with equipment suitable for kids of all ages.

Cameron Farms is an active vibrant community. Walking or biking along the winding lanes in the cool of the evening is the exercise of choice for many homeowners. Some of our young families gather at the playground or at the pool to spend time with their neighborhood friends. Other homeowners are avid gardeners, and display their talents in their beautifully landscaped yards.

Cameron Farms has an exceptional homeowners association. It is made up of 7 homeowner volunteers, and a management company, who take an active role in leading the community to be one of the most desirable neighborhoods in southern Williamson County. The homeowners association sponsors several community events throughout the year, including neighborhood yard sales, cookouts, holiday parties, and a "Yard of the Month" contest. They also oversee several volunteer committees which include a welcoming committee, a pool committee, and an appearance committee.
